New Homes — Designed and Built by One Team

Custom homes built from the ground up. One team, from first sketch to final walkthrough.

    Why design-build

One Contract. One Team. One Accountable Builder.

In the traditional model, an architect draws a home in a vacuum, you bid it out, and the builder comes back with a number twice what you planned to spend. Then the redesign starts — and every revision costs money and momentum.

We design and build under one contract. Cost, structure, energy performance, and site conditions are engineered into the plans from day one. What you approve is what gets built, on the timeline and budget we committed to.

    Our process

How We Build a New Home Correctly

Six engineered phases, in order — the same disciplined sequence every project follows.

    STEP 01

    Feasibility & Lot Evaluation

Before design starts, we assess zoning, setbacks, wetlands, septic, well, utilities, grade, and access. If the lot won't support what you want to build, we tell you up front — not after you've paid for plans.

    STEP 02

    Design & Engineering

Architectural, structural, and mechanical design happen together. Layout, structure, HVAC strategy, energy performance, and finish direction are all coordinated before permitting.

    STEP 03

    Fixed Scope & Budget

You approve a complete scope of work with real numbers — not allowances papered over cost gaps. Selections and specifications are locked before we break ground.

    STEP 04

    Permitting & Approvals

We handle building, conservation, health, and utility permits. Inspections are scheduled proactively so approvals never bottleneck the schedule.

    STEP 05

    Ground-Up Construction

Foundation, framing, envelope, systems, and finishes — built by trade partners we've worked with for years, run by one project manager who owns the schedule.

    STEP 06

    High-Performance Envelope

Air-sealing, continuous insulation, mechanical ventilation, and moisture control are engineered in — not upgraded later. Your home is comfortable, quiet, and cheap to run from day one.

    New Homes We Build

Ground-up single-family construction. We do not take on interior renovations of occupied homes.

    Custom Single-Family Homes

Fully custom homes designed around your site, family, and long-term plans — not off a builder catalog.

    Tear-Down & Rebuild

Replace an aging or undersized home on a lot you already love. We manage demo, disconnects, and new construction start-to-finish.

    Multi-Generational Homes

Homes designed for in-laws, adult children, or shared-family living — with clearly defined private zones and shared spaces.

    Energy-Efficient Builds

High-performance envelopes, heat-pump systems, and mechanical ventilation for homes that are quiet, healthy, and inexpensive to operate.

    Homes with Attached ADUs

New construction that includes an accessory dwelling unit from day one — permitted and engineered together, not bolted on later.

    Homes with Finished Lower Levels

Basements engineered as usable, code-compliant living space during original construction — not a callback project three years later.
